“Services” include gym access, classes, programmes, coaching, and any associated products or experiences.
“Membership” refers to any recurring or fixed-term agreement for access to Services, whether past, current, or future.

2. Scope of Application
These Terms & Conditions apply to all individuals who have held, currently hold, or will hold a membership or use services provided by Locker 27 Limited.
By purchasing, accessing, or using any Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full.

3. Membership Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.
All members must complete any required health screening or waivers prior to participation.

4. Membership Terms
Memberships are personal and non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
Access rights, inclusions, and limitations are defined at the point of purchase.
Locker 27 Limited reserves the right to amend membership structures, pricing, and inclusions with reasonable notice.

5. Payments and Billing
All payments must be made in advance via approved payment methods.
Recurring memberships will auto-renew unless cancelled in accordance with the agreed notice period.
Failed payments may result in suspension or termination of access.

6. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation terms vary depending on the membership or service purchased and will be outlined at point of sale.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the discretion of Locker 27 Limited unless otherwise required by law.

7. Booking and Attendance
Bookings for classes or services must be made via the designated system.
Late arrivals may be refused entry to ensure safety and session quality.
No-shows or late cancellations may incur penalties or loss of session credits.

8. Health and Safety
You confirm you are medically fit to participate in physical activity.
You agree to follow all coaching instructions and facility rules.
Locker 27 Limited is not liable for injuries sustained where negligence is not proven.

9. Conduct and Use of Facilities
Members must behave respectfully towards staff and other members.
Locker 27 Limited reserves the right to refuse entry or terminate memberships for misconduct.
Equipment and facilities must be used appropriately and any damage may be charged.

10. Personal Belongings
Locker 27 Limited is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought onto the premises.

11. Marketing and Communications
By engaging with Locker 27 Limited, you consent to receive communications related to your membership, services, and relevant updates.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

12. Additional Offers, Promotions, and Pricing Rights
Locker 27 Limited reserves the unrestricted right to:

  • Create, modify, and withdraw promotional offers, discounts, and campaigns at any time.

  • Offer different pricing, packages, or incentives to different individuals or groups at its sole discretion.

  • Market and promote any offers to any audience, including non-members, past members, current members, and selected segments of its database.

These offers and promotions:

  • Apply independently of any past, current, or future membership agreement.

  • Have no bearing on the value, terms, inclusions, or pricing of any existing, past, or future memberships unless explicitly stated in writing.

  • Do not entitle any individual (including past or current members) to retrospective discounts, refunds, credits, or adjustments.

  • May vary in price, structure, availability, and eligibility without obligation to maintain consistency across audiences, time periods, or membership types.

13. Changes to Services
Locker 27 Limited may modify class schedules, coaching staff, facilities, or service delivery where necessary.
No guarantees are made regarding specific instructors, equipment, or session formats.

14. Liability
Locker 27 Limited’s liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

15. Termination
Locker 27 Limited may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, non-payment, or misconduct.
Members may terminate their membership in line with agreed cancellation terms.

16. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

17. Amendments
Locker 27 Limited reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the latest version.
